results that are just right, enhancing both taste and texture. Regular
glass lids don’t even compare – the lid is heat tempered to be 4 times
stronger by far, withstanding oven temperatures up to 500°F. By moisture
or not by moisture, the glass lid has a convenient adjustable steam
vent that opens or closes with a simple twist in the right direction; in
addition, a stainless steel rim wraps around the tempered glass for an
airtight, durable seal.
