well. This means the aluminum core will spread heat throughout the walls
as well as the base, allowing the heat to spread more evenly and make
the cookware less likely to burn.
Hammer Stahl’s pans are designed to spread heat throughout every part of
themselves – except one: the handles. The innovative handle design is
comprised of multiple machined parts, which creates a hollow handle that
stays cooler than a solid metal handle. They are also designed to fit
comfortably inside your hand; they are made for with both safety and
ease in mind.
