The Maverick Candy and Deep Fry Thermometer helps you keep your candy mixture at the perfect temperature. The easy-to-read dial is pre-marked with different candy temperatures to help you stay within recipe guidelines. The thermometer features tempered glass construction and clips right onto the cooking/fry pot. To use, clip the thermometer to the pot, making sure the thermometer tip is fully immersed in the oil/mixture without touching any metal.
