Class Description:

Considered by many to be among the most beautiful countries in the world, Vietnam's distinctive cuisine is just as appealing. Using common techniques and easy to find ingredients, our instructor will walk you through creating a Vietnamese dinner from start to finish.

 Menu:

• Vietnamese Pho
• Banh Mi Sandwich
• Fresh Vietnamese Summer rolls w/ peanut sauce
• Cha Gio ( fried pork and shrimp spring rolls) with Nuoc Cham 
• BYOB Beer & Wine

 What To Expect: Great cooking is about more than recipes - it's about techniques. In our classes you'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.

• Classes are capped at 10 students to provide intimate learning environment

Details:

Class Type: Hands On - Roll up your sleeves and get ready to chop, mix and knead your way through each recipe. Our classes are open to all skill levels 

Skill Level:  Entry / Intermediate

Age:  21+ - Due to the nature of the class format.

Seats: Seating available - You will be standing for the majority of the class

Small Classes: Get all of the personal attention and guidance you need thanks to capped class size, where you will work individually & part of a team.

Things To Know:

• Class runs 2.5 - 3 hours (unless otherwise stated)
• We ask you try and arrive 15-20 minutes prior to the classes scheduled start time, this helps us begin on time
• This hands-on class is limited to 10 students
• You will be standing and working for most of the class
• BYOB Beer & Wine 
• Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back
• We will contact you a few days prior to your class as a reminder
