In this seasonal class, Chef Joe will show you how to use bold, locally brewed beers to enhance savory dishes, rich sauces, and even dessert. You’ll learn how different styles of beer complement autumn ingredients and walk away with recipes perfect for pairing with your favorite brews. Cheers to comfort food with character!

What To Expect: Great cooking is about more than recipes - it's about techniques. In our classes you'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.

Class Type: Hands On - Roll up your sleeves and get ready to chop, mix and knead your way through each recipe. Our classes are open to all skill levels
Skill Level: Entry / Intermediate
Age: 18+ - This class has been designed for adults
Seats: Seating available - You will be standing for the majority of the class
Small Classes: Get all of the personal attention and guidance you need thanks to capped class size, where you will work individually & part of a team.

Things To Know:
- Class runs 2.5 - 3 hours (unless otherwise stated)
- We ask you try and arrive 15-20 minutes prior to the classes scheduled start time, this helps us begin on time
- This hands-on class is limited to 10 students
- You will be standing and working for most of the class
- BYOB Beer & Wine
- Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back
- We will contact you a few days prior to your class as a reminder
