Fall Chopped Challenge - Baking  - with Chef Joe Mele

Class Description:

Do you love to bake? Do you have a competitive nature? This is the class for you!

Chef Joe will mentor you in this chopped style cooking competition. You will receive a mystery basket of MUST USE ingredients and a Mystery protein as well. A common ingredient table will be provided for all contestants to choose from. You will have 2 hours to create your own masterpiece and compete against other home cooks to see who will wear the title of Cookshop Plus Chopped champion.

What To Expect: Great cooking is about more than recipes - it's about techniques. In our classes you'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.

• Classes are capped at 10 students to provide intimate learning environment

Class Type: Hands On - Roll up your sleeves and get ready to chop, mix and knead your way through each recipe. Our classes are open to all skill levels 

Skill Level:  Entry / Intermediate

Age:  18+ - This class has been designed for adults

Seats: Seating available - You will be standing for the majority of the class

Small Classes: Get all of the personal attention and guidance you need thanks to capped class size, where you will work individually & part of a team.

Things To Know:

• Class runs 2.5 - 3 hours (unless otherwise stated)
• We ask you try and arrive 15-20 minutes prior to the classes scheduled start time, this helps us begin on time
• This hands-on class is limited to 10 students
• You will be standing and working for most of the class
• BYOB Beer & Wine 
• Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back
• We will contact you a few days prior to your class as a reminder
