Class Description:

Step into the sun-drenched kitchens of Italy (well West Hartford) and learn how to create a dreamy mid-day meal that’s perfect for sharing. Our Romantic Italian Lunch cooking class is a celebration of fresh ingredients, simple elegance, and the joy of cooking from the heart.

Sip, cook, laugh — and leave with recipes to recreate the magic at home.

• Dragon fruit pasta roses with goat cheese and green pea puree
• Boneless chicken filled w/scallop mousse, Tomato basil beurre blanc

What To Expect: Great cooking is about more than recipes - it's about techniques. In our classes you'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.

Details:

Class Type: Hands On - Roll up your sleeves and get ready to chop, mix and knead your way through each recipe. Our classes are open to all skill levels 

Skill Level:  Entry / Intermediate

Age:  21+ - This class has been designed for adults

Seats: Seating available - You will be standing for the majority of the class

Small Classes: Get all of the personal attention and guidance you need thanks to capped class size, where you will work individually & part of a team.

Things To Know:

• Class runs 2.5 - 3 hours (unless otherwise stated)
• We ask you try and arrive 15-20 minutes prior to the classes scheduled start time, this helps us begin on time. 
• This hands-on class is limited to 10 students
• You will be standing and working for most of the class
• Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back
• We will contact you a few days prior to your class as a reminder
