gouda, provolone, muenster, brie, asiago, goat, and other types of
cheese. Made from FSC-certified wood pulp that?s chlorine, phosphate,
and bleach-free, this Cheese Paper seals in the freshness and flavor of
its contents. The moisture-proof, greaseproof polyethylene coating
prevents cheese from drying out and locks in its fresh flavor. It also
creates a strong barrier against unwanted flavors from being absorbed
into the cheese.
