Class Type: Hands On - Roll up your sleeves and get ready to chop, mix and knead your way through each recipe. Our classes are open to all skill levels
Skill Level: Entry / Intermediate
Age: 18+ - This class has been designed adults
Seats: Seating available - You will be standing for the majority of the class

team.

Things To Know:
- Class runs 2.5-3 hours (unless otherwise stated)
- We ask you try and arrive 15-20 minutes prior to the classes scheduled start time, this helps us begin on time
- This hands-on class is limited to 10 students
- You will be standing and working for most of the class
- You are welcome to BYOB Beer & Wine
- Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back
- We will contact you a few days prior to your class as a reminder via the email address you provide when placing the order

Plus takes keeping our customers and store teams healthy very
seriously. Here are some of the steps we are taking and requirements we
have in place to create a safe class experience:
Customers
are not required to wear masks while visiting the store and attending
classes, but if you feel more comfortable, then we invite you to keep it
on. We strive to provide a friendly, inclusive and respectful class
environment We are closely following CDC and local public health orders and guidelines We
have increased the frequency of cleaning with disinfectants throughout
our store and cooking class kitchen, particularly high-touch surfaces. All of our staff and Chef Instructors are fully vaccinated. We have strict safety and health protocols in place for our emplyees. We
ask that if you feel unwell, that you not attend the class - we are
happy to work with you to reschedule or provide a store credit for use
in a future class or purchase in store.
Cookshop
Plus classes & recipes are developed using common cooking and
baking ingredients that may or may not be specified in the above class outline, including various fruits and vegetables, nuts, meats, spices, wheat flours, etc. If you have a food allergy or dietry requirments, please give us a call before signing up / purchasing before a class. Adjustments cannot be made during class.
